Inmates in the Linn County Jail are allowed to use collect phone calls: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.. All calls have a pre-programmed message that prompts the person receiving the call to accept the call if they will pay the charges. If you do not wish to accept the call, simply hang up.
